The PBBA was founded by Grant Miller of Miami's Community Newspapers, Leif Gunderson of Sunstate Bank and a host of other forward-thinking people on February 5, 2003. The PBBA expresses their deep gratitude to Christ Fellowship for the use of their facilities to conduct their luncheons and Sunstate Bank for hosting the Board meetings.
